It comes fully decked out, and ready for you to settle into and is available for short to medium term leases. The owners have lovingly renovated this stunning home, and you can see this from the moment you step from the lovely entryway through the door, the photos really don’t do it justice.

With direct access to the Redcliffe Golf Club through the rear gate, there are no excuses to miss your tee off time – and your walk home (or stumble) has never been shorter! The water front is on each end of this quiet no-through street, and miles of walking paths at your doorstep you will feel instantly relaxed and at ease and with easy access to the M1 this is the perfect base to explore our stunning area.

You can also walk to the local shops, with Aldi, pharmacy, and several take-away shops all conveniently located at the end of the street – staying home to enjoy the serenity is a great option here.

The open plan living space comes with Air con and a built in fire place, and the floor rugs on the polished timber really makes this cozy. There is a large dining table to comfortably sit 10, or a cute breakfast nook to choose from inside, but I would be spending my time on the back deck with another large dining table, BBQ, bar fridge and plenty of seating and lounging choices – you can sit and relax and enjoy the view to the water and over the golf course! Situated on the top of the hill, it also makes this home very private.

The kitchen is also stunning and comes complete with a 900 wide oven and gas stove – not to mentioned the plumbed fridge and of course a dishwasher to make the clean up a breeze! There are ample cooking utensils, plates and almost anything else that you could need is all here for you. Just bring the food!

The master suite opens straight up onto a private section of the back deck, which also overlooks the golf course, and comes complete with a comfy bed (so I’m told) and plenty of storage options, AC ceiling fan and also includes a dressing room and renovated ensuite. The 2nd bedroom also includes a queen bed, plenty of storage options and private entry, while the 3rd bedroom has a lovely sofa bed, storage an opens directly onto the deck. You only need to bring your own linen! If you must work there is a separate study with office chair and modem (and a door!)
